He has served as a principal, district administrator, and executive leader across diverse educational landscapes—including STEM-focused schools, early college models, and urban-suburban partnerships.

Anthony brings a unique blend of educational expertise and business acumen to his work. Holding a Master’s in Education Administration and an MBA, he excels at the intersection of mission-driven leadership and strategic execution. His ability to bridge education, business, and technology is helping districts and organizations reimagine what schools can—and should—look like today.

D’Metria is a passionate and innovative educator with over 20 years of experience supporting diverse learners and leading inclusive school systems. A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and veteran Special Education Coordinator, D’Metria has worked across elementary schools to build equitable, student-centered programs that meet academic, behavioral, and developmental needs.

Her leadership spans both instructional and operational domains, and she has deep expertise in compliance, intervention systems, and building-wide support.
